Tell the Register your 'Iowa Nice' stories of 2017
We've almost made it through another year, Iowa.
Before we get to the end of 2017, though, the Des Moines Register would like to hear your heartwarming stories and remind everyone about all of the great things that happened across Iowa in the last 365 or so days.
Do you have an "Iowa Nice" story to share? Or a true story about someone overcoming adversity? Maybe you'd just like to share the coolest thing someone did for you this year.
Either way, please share those moments with us. We may contact you to help us tell the story.
You can email a summary of your feel-good story to Register Now reporter Aaron Young at ayoung2@dmreg.com. And if you have photos and videos, please include those in your messages.
Keep in mind: We'll want to talk to all the major parties involved before the Register publishes anything.
