The state of Iowa has one-tenth of the late-season Wooden Award Top 20 sewn up.

Both Iowa State's Georges Niang and Iowa's Jarrod Uthoff are on the latest watch list for one of college basketball's most prestigious postseason honors.

Niang is averaging 19 points, 6.3 rebounds and three assists. The forward is the only player in the Big 12 to rank in the top 15 in all three stat categories, and he's scored in double figures in every game this season.

Uthoff is averaging 18.4 points, 6.4 rebounds and 2.9 blocks. He's in the top ten in the Big Ten in 3-point success (45.2 percent), and the Hawkeyes are in sole possession of first place in the conference.
